Your First Visit to Our St Albert Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

When you arrive at Synergy Family Wellness Centre, you will first be greeted by one of our fantastic team members who will have you fill out some brief paperwork before seeing the doctor. All you have to bring with you is your Alberta Health Care Card and you (or your child if the appointment is for them), and you should allow one hour for the first appointment.

A Thorough Chiropractic Examination

You will next meet Dr. Ed or Dr. Karen for a very thorough, professional, comprehensive and detailed consultation and high-tech spinal, orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic examination including two computerized scans of your nervous system. This appointment is painless, and the doctor will explain what he/she will be doing every step of the way. Dr. Ed or Dr. Karen may refer you out to have digital spinal x-rays taken if necessary, and you will be scheduled for your next report of findings called the "Doctor's Report" as soon as possible. The Doctor's Report will teach you to get well, stay well, and save time and money.

Dr. Ed Asks some important questions of interest to St Albert residents - Chiropractor St Albert Dr. Ed Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
Why do so many drugs require a prescription?
Because they can be dangerous? I chose a chiropractic career specifically because it avoids artificial means of pain relief. Our St Albert chiropractic practice attracts health-conscious families that prefer a safe and natural solution. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
